- 50 G of butter
500 G of ricotta cheese
- 100 G of sugar

- 3 eggs

Put into the oven 30 min. with 180°
Do not forget to preheat your oven
For the pesto: Separate the leaves from basil of their stem. Chop and mix together the pinions, the basil, the olive oil (approximately half glasses) and the Parmesan.

3 whole eggs
75 sugar gr.
120 flour gr.
cornflour 60gr
1/2 chemical yeast packet
ricotta cheese 200gr
3 tablespoons D amaretto
bcp of nuggets of chocolate and D almonds
Beat eggs with sugar until obtaining a “consistent cream”, then add the flour with the cornflour tamisees….and 1/2 chemical baking powder packet alsa (for example)….
Mix well, then add the ricotta cheese, mix well once again, add a tablespoon of water and 3 tablespoons of amaretto.
Add bcp (opinion of greedy) of nuggets of chocolate and almonds which you will have tosté….
Put into the oven during 50 min. with 180° ..... and will soupoudrez of sugar ice to serve…

1 glasses of white wine
1 lemon juice untreated
